University of Tulsa Nurse Anesthetist Program

Good news for the people in Oklahoma. The University of Tulsa is up for initial accreditation from the Council on Accreditation for the Fall of 2016. Hopefully all goes well and we will finally have a CRNA program in the state of Oklahoma.

How long is each interview?

The interview is about 45 minutes and both instructors are in the room with you.

Did they ask clinical, non clinical, or both type of questions?

I interviewed on the 4th, most questions are non clinical. As nervous as I was upon entering the interview the professors and staff are extremely welcoming which really made things more enjoyable. Good luck to all who are interviewing!

I interviewed today as well. Was a nervous wreck but Dr. Riedel and Dr. Tracy were very nice and welcoming. I can tell you that whoever is accepted is going to have wonderful directors for the program.

They said we would know results probably on the 20th, did anybody catch if they said they would call or email is if we got in?

I was told that they would be mailed but also was told that email notifications might be sent out prior (if time permits).
