Hi, I just got accepted for the Spring 2023 Cohort and was looking to find other students that were either applying or have been accepted.

They’re well known and interest isn’t bad. You will need a co-signer with good credit though. They approved me for the full 60k.
I’ve heard of people doing that but I don’t have a co-signer so I don’t know what to do.
Yes, I highly recommend looking into private loans. HHLoans is a good one too, you don’t need a co-signer if your credit score is above 650 and interest is relatively low. The ABSN is a second degree so you have to have a previous bachelors to even get into the program. The other option is a payment plan. They will let you make payments in increments throughout the semester if you need it.

If you don’t mind me asking did you cap your student loans with FAFSA? don’t forget you can have up yo 20k of your loans forgiven. The application period for that on the website already opened. Look into that. I would also suggest speaking with a financial advisor at st thom. They’ll recommend scholarships and other resources. They’re very sweet and always willing to help. I made a go-fund me account and that also gave me a good chunk. I wouldn’t give up on the co-signer thing tho ask around it doesn’t hurt. It can be ANYONE as long as their credit is okay. Exhaust all your options! I was in your boat at one point. Don’t give up.

No that’s not true so please stop spreading false information the ABSN program is for people with a bachelors or with 60+ credits. Transfer ABSN is the one that doesn’t require bachelors. Some people don’t know though so it’s okay. But I’ll be starting Spring semester on the 3 course courses then the other 3 semesters will be the nursing.

No I didn’t exhaust my loans it’s just that they only are giving 6800 and 7500 for loans and grants and that’s not enough I’m sure. So I need more loans.

You should reread the message if you think I have a tone or was rude lmao by giving you the correct information. I literally said “some people don’t know tho so it’s okay” Have a good day though.
