University of South Alabama Psychiatric NP program

Published

Hello,

I have applied to USA's online Psychiatric NP program for Spring 2015. I just wanted to hear from anyone else who has and what their GPA/experience/ ect they have. My GPA is low, but I feel like I have a lot of experience. Any current or former students have any insight as to how many they accept with a lower GPA if any? Does experience really count for anything? Also, has anyone who applied for the Spring 2015 semester heard from USA about their application being complete? Any info would be great, and just to hear from people who are also waiting to hear back.

Thanks

I got an email today stating the letters went out today.

I called.... DNP letters went out, MSN letters will likely be out during the first part of October according to the person I spoke with.

I received the email. Now my nerves are working overtime!

I received an email telling me to watch my mailbox for the decision. In the subject line it read acceptance letters for DNP program. In the actual email it said decision letters. I am trying to not read too much into the whole thing. Since I live in Alabama hopefully mine will be here Thursday or Friday.

Well it did not come in today's mail. Maybe it will be here tomorrow when I get off work.

I called today about the MSN-psych NP decision letters, and was told they're hoping to have letters out by mid-October. The lady I spoke with said all masters applications are still with the admissions committee....keep waiting and hoping for the best :)

I'm in! Just got the letter today!

BSN-DNP ACNP Yea! Acceptance letter today....now 1 more for my sister:sarcastic:

Ok, I cant find the Hippa statemetn, statement of continued health responsibility, communicable disease statement, or physical form under my certified profile. Can anyone help??

My email is [email protected]. If you can contact me through email, maybe we can keep in contact throughout the program?

If anyone who got into the BSN-DNP program can contact me at [email protected], maybe we can help each other? Thanks.
