Hi all! I applied for the USA FNP program for fall 2023! I submitted my application in March and the follow-up email from 'congrad' said I'd hear back at least two weeks after 4/1. I was wondering if there's anyone else out there who applied so we can all wait together?! Or if anyone already went through the application process for previous semesters and was admitted.... How long after did you find out? I keep refreshing my email even though the deadline isn't until Saturday and it's killing me!

I applied to the AGACNP/FNP program during March as well! I saw they extended their deadline to June 1st but I hope we still here back fairly soon. I didn't get an email saying anything about the extended deadline so hopefully it's just rolling and since we applied in March they will let us know before June.

So I emailed —————- the advisor because that concerned me too! I also have to accept or decline the university of Cincinnati by next Friday (really don't want to go there just because it's SO expensive, but I may not have a choice LOL).. so I wanted to double check the decision timeline. She said "no, it sure does not change the time and you should be hearing soon after the deadline.” So then followed up because I was like well which deadline?! And she said, "you applied before the 4/1 deadline so you will find out shortly after that. Anyone after 4/1 will find out after 6/1.”

I'm really hoping we hear next week! I will let you know as soon as I hear anything!

Oh okay good! I was hoping that's how they would do it because I didn't want to wait 3 months to find out LOL. Perfect thank you!!

I applied for fall 2023 at the beginning of February and the deadline said March 1. I received an email from congradapp that said I would hear at least 2 weeks after the deadline of March 1, 2023. Here we are 4 weeks out from that deadline and I haven't heard anything. I have been trying to be patient but I emailed today. I hope it's not much longer! Will let you guys know if I hear something- I applied to the NNP track.

Ugh that is so frustrating! I keep reading comments like that and it honestly makes me not want to go there just because that seems unprofessional to me, but the price of the school is too good to pass up. Hopefully she tells you we all should be notified by next week because my deadline was 4/1, which is Saturday. I saw they extended it again to 6/1 but the advisor told me it shouldn't change when I hear anything and should be "coming soon after the deadline.” How soon is soon... that's what I want to know LOL

I will let you know what they say when I hear back. I was feeling that way also, but I have several references from coworkers that it is a good program. So I'm just trying to keep myself from losing my mind. LOL

Am I the only one who keeps refreshing the email even though I know it won't be sent anytime soon? -_- did you guys apply anywhere else?

The email I received back yesterday said they are just waiting for the Dean to sign off on decisions. She said it should be soon. I was hoping it was by the end of the day yesterday but I guess now will hope for Monday! ?and yes I refresh my email at least every hour.

For those of you waiting to hear back. The wait is long...I think I waited 7 months to hear about my acceptance when I applied last year. I did apply the first week the application was open for submission so that might've played a role.

Oh man ? when did your deadline close, do you remember the date? Did you find out a few weeks after your deadline closed? 
 

also, are you in the program now? If so how do you like it?
