Yup. First, we were supposed to get our letters by the end of May. Then, we were told we would get them in the middle of June. Now, we are being told they will be sent out at the end of June/beginning of July. Seriously what the heck

I can only imagine how many applications they must get. I wonder what the hold up is? Ate they having a hard time making decisions? Is something else happening that they've had to put making decisions or mailing letters on the back burner. For NC applicants, I know I've heard they find out if they are fully approved to take NC applicants in June, so they could be stalling for notification of approval from NC and other states, just to be safe. Idk! But I hope we find out soon. Lol!

I've been pouring through the various U of SA boards and posts and it seems like it is their custom to take 2 or more months to make final decisions.

Someone also posted (on another allnurses topic) that this school receives over 900 applicants for its NP program. No idea whether this is per-specialty-track or overall, but it sounds like a lot.

I applied to the PMHNP track, for Fall '15.

I just heard from them (in response to an anxious, whiny email I sent the committee,) that they'll be sending letters in 2 weeks.

I also applied back in March to the NNP track (fall 2015). Now I wish I had applied to some others schools as well... I just called yesterday and they said the letter should be mailed out the first of July!!!!

I just received this email (I did not email them first)

Dear Applicant to Fall 2015 MSN Program,

This email is to inform you we were unable to process the fall applications in the time originally scheduled; therefore, you have not yet received our decision letter regarding admission to the MSN program for Fall 2015. We anticipate these decision letters will be mailed out by July 8, 2015; however we are trying our best to send them out sooner. Usually we only send out a decision letter via the US Postal Service but this time we will also email everyone to let you know our decision. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I've seen in past threads from past years that other times where emails were sent out many people reported on here that they did not receive the email. There were only 137 contacts addressed in the email

I got that email also. I didn't count the number of recipients though lol. I've also read on other posts that some people did not receive the email. So if only certain people received the email, 137 according to posts, are those the ones that are accepted? If it is, why send out that email and waste time? Also, I have a JAG number and when I log on it says that my status is clear for the Fall semester. Just send out the acceptance letters already. Jheesh....
