University of South Alabama accelerated program 2015

Published

Hey guys....Im curious if I get any bites. Has anyone out there applied to the USA Nursing program??? I have and Im waiting to hear something back at this point. Just wanted to share in the excitement should we get accepted. :)

I applied for the accelerated program, and I'm trying to wait patiently for a response! I get nervous every time I walk to the mailbox!!

I applied for the accelerated bsn program as well- still patiently waiting to hear back!

I applied in February because I thought the earlier the better--HA that was incorrect. I am still taking classes and a woman from the program called and asked for my schedule the weekend before the deadline was due because they were going to the board with them. I thought I was patient but I guess not..hopefully we will all get that phone call soon!!

I applied back in February as well thinking the exact same thing! Hopefully we will start hearing back soon!

I spoke with a lady the other day, and she said we will receive letters in the mail 6-8 weeks from the deadline.

Are there interviews? Or just a select few have to do those?

I didn't ask about interviews when I called. They just said letters are sent out 6-8 weeks from the deadline. We will receive a letter regardless if accepted or not.

I applied at the beginning of March and received a call from them regarding my transcript on March 30th. So, that let me know that they were looking through the applications early. It just seems like a long process! Patience is virtue! 😊

I mailed in my application and unofficial transcripts in together. However, the a lady emailed me saying they had received all of my materials.

I didn't get an email. I sent my paperwork altogether as well. I saw on other forums that some people were emailed throughout the process and some never received any.

I checked the box to put me in the traditional program in case I didn't get in..but I might be put on the wait list for Fall...fingers crossed...
