University of San Francisco (USFCA) BSN Fall 2019

Hello! I just wanted to start a thread for USF's Sacramento Campus FALL 2019 BSN Program! Hoping to get to know some of you in hopes of being accepted into the program!!

Does anyone know the exact date they'll release admissions? I am getting very anxious now. Is it this Friday or next Friday?

Hey everyone!

I’ve been following USFCA boards on here for the last 6-8 months and finally felt like I needed to become part of the conversation! I applied to USF Sacramento campus for spring 2019 and was denied so I re-applied for Fall 2019.

Did anyone who is re-applying struggle with the essay questions at all? The one about “what creative change would you make...” really tripped me up and I feel like I was over-thinking the question.

I really hope we all get in! Fingers crossed that we hear back very soon!

Hey!

Yeah, I got an email on Tuesday saying they made their initial offers but that my application was still being considered if spaces opened up. I applied to the main campus. Have you heard anything?

Yeah, I was pretty bummed. I get that it’s a really small cohort (less than 30 people compared to Spring’s 60-80) so it must be really competitive. Sucks but hopefully some folks will decide to go to other schools.

Nope, but I emailed admissions and they told me they anticipate sending decisions to students in the next couple weeks at the latest.

It’s my second time applying. Unfortunately I submitted my first application without completing all four essays, my bad lol.

My overall gpa is a 3.51 and my pre-req gpa is a 3.89. I have over 250 volunteer hours. Have my EMT license and am an EMT instructional aide at Sierra College.
