University of San Francisco Spring 2019 Applicants

Hi everyone! I noticed there wasn't a forum yet for the Spring 2019 applicants that applied to the University of San Francisco. I'm hoping others can join as we come together to see if we made it! Recently I just checked my portal and it said that my decision has been sent in mail. I'm not sure if that's a good sign or not. Has anyone else had their "decision mail sent" status up on the portal yet? If so, let me know!

Mine still says awaiting decision. I was also wondering is it the sf or Sacramento campus?

@Triishha24 I applied to the San Francisco campus, I turned mine in probably a day before the due date. But when I went to my informational interview, the counselor said to give them until the end of December for decisions. When did you turn yours in?

Also! Did you get a call from admissions counselor at all?

I have not. I also haven't received anything in my email or mail yet. Have you gotten anything in your email? Even stating that your portal status has changed?

So I didn't apply this year but from my experience last year I got an email stating "An admission status update is now available in your online portal". From my experience if you recvd an update on the portal it was that you weren't accepted and if you received something in the mail you were. Don't quote me on this but just thought i'd share my experience.

I sent in my application on November 15th. They let you know so soon. I'm still waiting... but it's driving me crazy lol. If you don't mind me asking what your stats were? I didn't get anything in my email. I'll keep checking & let you know!

I too applied but I applied for Sacramento campus and my portal still says awaiting decision and I sent my application in, in August right around the opening date! Im so nervous!

Hey Poppygrl123

Just wondering last semester when you applied did an admissions counselor call you at the end of November to update you that your application was complete and when to hear a decision by? Just trying to see if this is something they do for all applicants or possibly something new they have started this semester!

Omg now I really am nervous. I mean the others are still on the awaiting decisions part. But for sciences prerequisites for USF I got

A - Anatomy

A - Physiology

A - Psychology

B - Microbiology

I also work at a hospital as well and have done a lot of hours in patient care.

I hope we do too. I was checking past applicants that applied for Fall 2018, and when they called the admissions counselor, they said that first round is rejections. I'm trying to keep a positive mindset but we will see.
