Hey everybody,

I didn't see a thread yet for the Summer 2013 cohort for USF Masters Clinical Nurse Leader Program so I decided to make one. The application deadline is coming up and figured it would be great to meet fellow applicants and stress out together haha

Ditto, jaytphan, thanks for the update. That's very helpful. Two weeks! Yikes. And sigh.

In the past, they phoned those students who got in. I wonder if they will do that again this year. Hm. Well, I guess we will all just have to wait and see.

Hey guys so I have been emailing back and forth with one of the admissions counselors. (Some of my transcripts weren't very viewable). Anyways I asked her after it all went through when we should hear back about out acceptances or rejections. She said they are still reviewing apps and that they hope to get letters out by the end o April!!!! Ugh I hope it's closer than that!!!

Would anyone happen to know when exactly their program starts? It says summer! Not sure if its May or June! They need to get these letters out already!

Thank you! @c408 And yes I confirmed the date with them as well! May 20th it is! How do they expect students to respond is such a short amount of time! They said they are finalizing everything and letters should be sent out in a few weeks! Realistically, that will give the students who are accepted to prepare, move, etc in a few weeks! How hectic is that?!!

Thanks jaytphan for finding out more information. Wow... A few weeks? That means it will definitely be after the 8 weeks that they told us that they will notify us... This sucks

I ended up renewing my apartment lease here in SoCal today but if I get in I'm going to just break my lease and pay a fee because I want to go to USF! I've been thinking about this so much that I've even had dreams about getting in AND not getting in. lol. Nice to know I'm not the only one who is constantly thinking about it though. Good luck to everyone... Don't worry too much and just try to keep yourselves occupied in the meantime. Go for a run or read a book. haha. Positive thoughts and positive energy...Our day will come soon! =)

I'm a current student in the program. Good Luck to everyone who applied. I'm happy to answer questions if you have any. But yes, when I was accepted, I didn't have much notice either, and I had to relocate from out of state, but I made it happen.
