I just got accepted into U of R's accelerated bachelors nursing program. Just wanted to start a thread to see who else is going there!

I just got the phone call! Just a heads up to everyone that they started notifying applicants, good luck!!!!

Hi, Do you mean that they called you from Rochester, and what exactly did they say!!!

I meant to ask, were you accepted.

Yes, they called to let me know that I was accepted and that they are mailing out the first batch of letters in the next few days.

Wow!!!! congratulations to you. So are you accepting the offer or you have some other schools in mind. I had 2 acceptance already, and am getting a bit confused as to which school to go. Am waiting on Rochester's decision, but my preference school is actually SBU.

Has everyone already filed for financial aid?

No call yet for me :(

I wonder how long it takes to call 56 people and tell them they have been accepted! My interviewer even said she was going to put in a positive recommendation.

Yes i have filed for FAFSA 2010-2011. Am waiting to file my tax return, before filing for 2011-2012.

Am beginning to wonder also, as am yet to receive a call

Thanks for the financial aid tip! So excited!!!

Hey everyone, congrats on getting accepted! I'm currently in the program and will graduate in May.

Well, I didn't get a call lol, and it's Saturday.

Guess this means I got rejected to ABPNN :(

I wouldn't worry at all at this point! I know that they give phone calls over a week or two, depending on how early before they mail the decisions out/when they expect them to be received. So you may get a call next week but if not, they send out decisions in waves. Lots of people get acceptances in the other waves, not just the first...so I don't fret!
