Hi all,
I did not see another forum for the U of Rochester ABPNN Spring 2020 (January entry) yet, so I figured it would be a good time to make one since we will all be submitting our apps soon! Has anyone submitted yet?

Hey there,
I haven't submitted it yet, I'm still working on my personal statement. I'm having a difficult time keeping it at 500 words. Have you submitted yours already?

I am hoping too this weekend but still at 599 words ? Are you applying to other schools as well?

Hi guys! I’m a Canadian applicant hoping to join in Jan 2020. Doesn’t seem like many people are applying judging based on the fact that the application due date is near and not many have posted in this forum. Hoping that’s a good sign?. Does anyone know how the admission process works at UofR?

I'm looking to submit my application in the next week or two! I have 2 more pre-reqs (A&P2 and Microbio) in need to take in the summer and fall. Been looking forward to applying to nursing school for the past year now. Super stoked!

Hi Ontario, from what I read in previous threads, after submitting the application, we will (hopefully) receive a call from admissions to schedule an interview; which can be done either via phone call or on-site. Judging from previous posts, people receive decisions early October. Good luck to us all ?

Sorry for the late response I barely noticed your response. I have only applied to Duke's ABSN program and I plan on applying to more. They all have different deadlines and essays, it makes it tedious. What about you?

I see by your username that you were also in finance. Me too!
Does anyone know where on the application portal we submit our resume? It says it is a required application material but I can't figure out where to attach it.

Hi NYFutureRN - glad to see some other finance people looking to make the switch. Good to know I’m not alone haha I’m actually also in New York too.
Anyways, to answer your question, after you submit your application and pay the fee there is a page that show you the status of what’s outstanding (transcripts, recommendations, resume). You would attach and upload on that page. ?

Hi Soontobe - I saw previous Spring forums and saw early to mid-October people started receiving decisions.
