When do we get our waitlist form via mail?

I asked twice and all she said was quite a few (didn't give a definite answer) but she said once people respond that they want to be on the waitlist they will reevaluate and then maybe they rank it? She gave pretty vague answers to my questions

I work at UR and asked her if I could pick up my form at the admissions office, but she said they weren't ready yet. So hopefully soon?

I thought UR also accept people that works at UR.

I think UR will not give you the waitlist form in person they will mail it to your house.

She told me I could pick up my form in person once the form is ready, and yes the UR does accept people who work at UR, but it's not an automatic thing. I'm on the waitlist.
