Has anyone heard anything about University of phoenix LPN-BSN program? Any information would be helpful just wondering what everyone else thinks about their programs.

I think they are expensive but thats all I know. My husband wants to be a nurse but as I'm sure you know good luck getting into any program in Colorado. We had to move back to Chicago after 3 blissful years Colo. He was accepted into an LPN program out here but we want to move back as soon as he's done. Let me know what you find out about LPN-RN in Colo.

I was looking into this program about three or four months ago and some admissions guy called me and said the program(LPN to RN and LPN to BSN) was on hold??? I didn't get more info on it since he seemed to be a little unsure of what he was saying! I tried to call an 800 number to find out more and no one returned my call. I'd be interested in learning more on this also.

You might try looking into the LPN to BSN program through the College Network. They have teamed up with ISU(Indiana State University). Basically you use the College Network for your prereqs and then gain admission to ISU for nursing courses. The ISU portion is online. You want to make sure the state you live in accepts this program. The College Network can let you know that. I have just begun and am happy with it so far.
Hope this helps.
