Hi everyone! I know it's extremely early but I wanted to start a thread because I'm sure that like me, many of you have lots of questions. I'm hoping that this thread can be used to help us get answers! I would also like to know what other schools are you all applying to.
Any students that were previously accepted and willing to share their tips, stats, experience, etc we will gladly appreciate it.
Womp, I hope that whatever you choose makes you heaps happy! Sucks about the deposit though☹️ I applied in September but still haven’t heard back so it’s a bit nerve wrecking for sure!
Hello, all! I also got my letter of acceptance on Valentine's day... after a very anxious couple of months awaiting for updates! I also logged in with the 'full website' option, because the mobile version seemed incomplete. Check your CaneLink account (I did not get an email until the day after it was posted on CaneLink)!
I don't know how often they send acceptance notices, it seems like it is literally an ongoing process.

I just found this website and thread. I am happy to see others who have applied and even gotten accepted into the Summer 2019 Accelerated BSN Program at UMiami.
I have just received my acceptance on 2/25 -- I applied 1/27 and was completely verified by 2/4. I am waiting to hear about any sort of financial package and that'll ultimately determine if I can afford to go here.
I saw someone asked in the chain about how many people ultimately enter the program -- if i recall correctly an advisor at UM told me its about 80 people.

Hi everyone I just got access to Canelink today after submitting my application in November. When I check application status is says complete. Is this where it will notify me if I am accepted or not, will it changed from complete to accepted or denied?

Hi! There are two ways to see! When you go to your student center on Canelink you will see a message center at the top of the screen. When I received my decision it said "one new message" and I saw my decision letter there. Another way to view, again on the student center home page, scroll down and there you will see a new box with a green check mark if you were accepted! Hope this helps, good luck!
