University of Hawaii-MEPN PROGRAM...anyone heard about it?

I'm applying for UH MEPN program for Fall 2009. Has anyone heard about the program? It's fairly new but I just want to know what I'm getting myself into...lol. I know overall, nursing school is tough but would like some feedback on the MEPN program itself.

Thanks for looking out for me...looks like were all frustrated by the delay in notification. I recieved an interview on Febuary 15 and was told that I would know by the end of the month through email. Has anyone else who recieved an interview got an acceptance letter? I guess we will all know around the 26th.

Yes recieved both my acceptance letter and a letter from the MEPN department 2 days later. Earlier posts show a few others have also recieved their letters.

Okay soo.....

TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVENT ALREADY BEEN ACCEPTED...

I received my letter today in the mail from the MEPN program saying that I am WAILISTED!!!

I waited all this time just for them to say, "hey can you wait 3 more months for a final decision from us?" This is crazy! Anywho, I just wanted to let everyone who was waiting for a letter that we should all get one by the end of the week!

BTW anyone else get waitlisted? If so, what specialty track.

Also, is anyone that was accepted planning to decline??

I had a question..

Does anyone know or has anyone talked to a person that has gone through the MEPN program at UH? I am coming from out of state, and with the gigantic price tag on tuition, I am wondering if anyone knows how the students are feeling about the program? To be honest with the lack of response from the school, I am getting a bit worried about how it will be when I get there..

Anyone know anything out there?!?!?
