University of Florida (UF) BSN-DNP Fall 2023

I wanted to start this forum for all applying for the UF BSN-DNP for Fall 2023. I know applications just opened up last month but wanted to start early! I personally applied for the Fall 2021 cycle, sadly did not make it. The email I received stated there were too many applicants that cycle. So after a move to ER nursing from med surg and raising my babies just a little more; I have decided to give this another go!!

That makes sense! I wonder how many applicants there were. I know the fall of 21 there were just so many. Fingers crossed that we hear something soon. And in my head early April means April FIRST LOL

I'm trying to be optimistic, but also trying to like mentally prepare myself.

Yes so am I! I've re-read my answers to the 2 questions on NursingCAS so many times and I feel pretty confident, but with so many applicants you just never know! Hoping it will be this week! But I do know Spring break is this coming up week and maybe the university will be closed, and maybe that's why they're saying the beginning of April! ??‍♀️

I feel like my answers weren't thorough enough ?

I wish I could add more. I answered the questions to the point and was more or less really straight forward. In like 200-250 words.. I wish there was a rubric to follow or something. LOL

I know how you feel because I feel the same way, looking back on my own answers. I even found a typo in mine ????‍♀️ There used to be a rubric for the previous classes when there was more than a handful of questions to be answered but ours was like 2-3 questions.

I also applied for Fall 2023. 
I keep checking my email all day everyday. I have a feeling we might be getting notices tomorrow or Frida . Just from reading around I keep thinking this week! We shall see.

I definitely know how you feel, I've never checked my email so much in my life ??‍♀️ LOL  I keep thinking it will be this week too but I'm mentally preparing myself to be waiting for 2 more weeks ?
