I know the applications don't open for another month, but I have been reading the threads from previous programs and wanted to start one for ours!

Anyone looking to get into the ABSN program at UF, Summer 2017?

For what it's worth, I've HEARD that the ABSN at UF very heavily favors UF grads.

Take that with your grain of salt, though.

I called the admin office and they gave me my UF ID over the phone!:)

I just submitted my NursingCAS Application! Let the anxiety till February begin!! Lol.

I called today to get my UF ID, and was able to get it over the phone like JessGatorgirl. They said they don't mail out letters...even though that's what it said on the PostBac App. After I asked whether there was another way to get my ID, she said they normally don't give them over the phone, but they have had to make an exception with Nursing applicants. I suppose they normally use email (I never got an email though)? Anyway, thought ya'll might want to know in case anyone else thought they were waiting on a letter. :)

Hi CRam! Decisions are normally released towards the end of February :) I'm in the same boat as you, anxiously awaiting!

I looked on old threads from last year's apps, it looks like they sent acceptance emails last year by Feb 19th. Their application deadline was later than ours, I think Dec 13th... So maybe we will hear something in the next 2 weeks?! (HOPEFUL!!) I was surprised to read they sent emails instead of letters! Now I am constantly checking my email!!
