  1. I applied on 10/3/2016, no word on Cane Link for me. ;(
  2. Has anyone else got an email from UM about applying for a scholarship they offer for paying for your tuition in exchange for a signing a contract to work at one of UM facilities for 3 years? My application says incomplete on canelink, but got the email last week..
  3. So I figured out my CANE ID, but can't seem to find password. I never got an e-mail or a response to a few voicemails I left to the coordinator over the past couple weeks. Is it something like your social or the word guest to first access your canelink?
  4. What can you do with your UF ID? What was the phone number? Thanks
  5. How did you guys get this canelink? I submitted my CAS app about 4 weeks ago, and have not gotten any emails or mail to my home.
  6. I just submitted my NursingCAS App, and they have my mailed copy of admission. Has anyone received anything back to either of them? Or know of any dates when things will happen I see the deadline for everything in, is December 1st.
  7. Good Luck, I applied for Spring, but was denied due to the fact I was missing 4 pre-reqs when the board looked over my app. Applying for Summer once fall grades post in early December. The app process is simple with NursingCAS. Just get them your transcripts early, they take a while to verify them.
  8. September 1, is the open date for the NursingCAS correct? Good luck to everyone.
  9. Yes, they do them all for the total cumulative gpa.
  10. USF, UF, FSU, and a school in Orlando have Accelerated BSN programs. The admissions lady with the last name Casto, has been out this whole week. I had 4 transcripts, well 5, they wanted my graduate one also, which took a few days more. She is back on Tuesday, to process apps. The canelink I think is a few weeks before you start classes, like blackboard/email service for UM. Once they got my transcripts, it took 5-6 days to process. I called, and they said 3-4 weeks, but I think they just say that as a standard. I have a overall 3.1 gpa and 3.4 pre req. My gpa is low, but I have military background in combat medical field. It's nice UM is only 3 semesters/12 months. Seems its the only program in the South that is short compared to 16-18 months. Good Luck
  11. Awesome! How did they notify you about getting in? What was your overall/prereq GPA? Def will e-mail them tomorrow, just waiting on one school left to verify.
  12. Just the phone number on the site, but have not gotten anyone to answer. Left a voicemail. (305) 284-4325. From what NursingCAS staff said...You are notified as soon as UM reviews and accepts you. And if you aren't accepted, they send out the letter at the end once all of the 70 applicants have been notified. Not sure if it is true, but sounds reasonable. Hopefully we know something by August/September, not November/December. Moving will be a lot of work.
  13. I called NursingCAS. They said they completed the app on the 17TH last week, and it takes 2-4 weeks for verification to complete. But they recommended I call UM, just to check. Since they have access to the app now. Thanks for the info.
  14. So how long did it take for your transcripts to verify? I had 4 different schools transcripts, the last one came into today about an hour ago. Now my app just says verifying. The one school took forever to send it the NursingCAS. Figures, Miami-Dade college lol
  15. Sounds good. They are taking 70 students this spring? Finishing up my SOP before I submit. Fingers crossed
