Do any of you know when is the next new grad residency webinar?

Ahhh congrats!! Still waiting. Which unit got back to you? Curious if it's on a unit by unit basis?

Thank you!! It was for ICU! Nothing from ED or PCU yet. I'm guessing they are all on their own time 😕

I didn't do my externship at UCSD either and it is not in the area that I applied for so I'm worried that might take me out of the running LOL! Can you update if you get an interview?

my application station got changed to "others more competitive" on 7/7, which means I didn't get selected for an interview unfortunately! I have heard they do select mostly their externs but I know a few people who didn't extern there who got selected for interviews, but not in the ICU where I applied. definitely a tough market!

Is it common for applicants to get referred and still not get an interview?

I wish I got an update regarding my application, it just says referred to hiring manager.
