Pretty sure it is sent out to hires and alternatives (Just in case if someone decides to turn down the offers). At least that's how it was for most of my other hiring experience so far ? Congrats!

My application status got moved to routed for further consideration, but I haven’t heard anything ? hoping we hear back soon!

Pretty sure ED invites went out a few weeks ago. Unless they’re interviewing in waves.

How are they asking for references- emailing the person you provide the names and email address? Or are we providing letters written by the person in one pdf?

They will send you a link where you submit the names and emails of your references. Then your references are emailed a survey to complete.

Congrats for those of you moving forward! I am assuming people who are getting interviewed are from all same department? (If not please correct me!) Mine is still under review ? Has anyone heard back from Med/Surg or tele units? or even ICU? They seem to be really quite haha. 

I have not received any invites from med surg/tele units since my app got moved to “Routed for further consideration” (around second week of December). ? Getting super nervous! It’s been almost 2 months now since the app deadline. Has anyone heard from other departments besides the NICU?
