Hey there! Starting a forum for aspiring Nurse Practitioners applying to the 2024 Master's programs in BC and Canada. Share your work backgrounds, certifications, stay in the loop on acceptances, pose questions, and join the celebration of success stories from those who get in!
I spoke with TRU this am. They won't release your position on the waitlist which is frustrating as this would make a big difference in knowing your odds of getting in. So more waiting for those of us on the waitlist. Those who have been given offers have to respond by March 26 so hopefully we will know more then.
Hello everyone!
I'm trying to make a decisions between UBC and UNBC. I'm looking at cost, and time commitment. So far I think I gathered UBC is in person 2 days a week- 5 pay instalments of 1,838.57 for the program= 9,192.85
UNBC had increased to 8 units of full time. 2 full years plus 2 semesters of a practicum? 8x2,308.94= 18,471?? This program is online with NP skills 3 different times
am I getting this wrong?

I think it's ~2.8k per semester for UNBC?
