University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) CRNA 2024

Published

Hi everyone! Applications for UAMS CRNA for fall 2024 have opened. I was looking for a forum for this application cycle but didn't see one and decided to start one! Planning on applying and was seeing if anyone else was as well. Good luck to everyone!

I asked yesterday and was told, "We're working on it." It seemed like it was stressful for them, so I didn't push further. They did say that interviews will be the 1st and 2nd week of March, though. I'm sorry y'all, I wish I had a more detailed update for you. The waiting is so hard.

Thank you!

While you guys are waiting, be sure that you're contemplating your answers to interview questions. I read so many different blog posts and interview articles to prepare for the interview. One thing I didn't do (and really wished afterward that I had) was to actually verbalize the responses. Get with your friend/spouse/family whatever and have them ask you questions from a list of interview questions. Say your answers out loud. See where you stumble. We put so much into our application and preparing for the interview. When I walked through those doors, I was shaking even though I felt that I had done everything I could to be ready. Use your time well while you wait. You can be anxious and preparing while you wait or you can just be anxious. You can do this!

Awesome! Thank you so much for the tips!

Still nothing on my end.

only update I have gained so many new grey hairs. they are exclusively sponsored by the anticipatory anxiety of hearing back and the daily compulsive email refreshing.

the only update I have is that I have gained so many new grey hairs. they are exclusively sponsored by the anticipatory anxiety of hearing back and the daily compulsive email refreshing.

Hey you guys,

I just got home from 5 hours of lecture. I didn't think to ask today and it wasn't mentioned. There wasn't much time for chit chat since we had a lot of material to cover. I'm so sorry that I don't have any updates. Fingers crossed for you guys!
