Starting a new thread for those that will be applying to Union University for the Fall 2020 class in Jackson, TN.

Wonderful words of encouragement. Cowboymedic, i dont know if u live closeby, but hopefully i will see you at openhouse at UAMS if so.

YamilM, did you get accepted to Union and if so did you already turn down the offer?

Yes I was accepted to union...and after the call the Monday after the interview they just sent the email of official acceptance yesterday....I will be declining tomorrow and I genuinely wish and hope one of you on the waiting list gets the acceptance email soon! Best of luck friends!

I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma but won't be able to make the open houses for UAMS. I will be applying and already have my application almost finished. I'm currently waiting to hear back from another school that I got waitlisted at before I finish my application.

Thats great. Keep going. We are all too close to give up. Remember that EVERY successful person was told "No" before they got their "yes." All it takes is ONE YES!

I’m applying there to but won’t be able to attend a preview day. Their criteria is pretty much the same as unions. just had to cut my personal statement drastically...250 words is not enough to me to explain but I made it work.

Any other fellow applicants that submitted for the second deadline? I called yesterday and they told me emails should be going out late this week to early next week. The waiting is killing me!

I spoke to Khadija Payne yesterday and she told me selection committee is meeting at current and emails should be going out towards the later part of this week into early next week. Fingers crossed for all of us!
