It's not an interview I would prepare for clinically. They want to know why you have a burning desire to go to CRNA school and what traits about you as a person will make them happy they selected you to be a student. For myself personally, I spent countless hours over the summer shadowing multiple CRNA's and talking to various SRNA's about their experiences. I just shared how those experiences have only increased my passion for the field.
My final piece of advice would be just make sure you are able to articulate why you NEED to be a CRNA.

Someone said they called students Monday and Tuesday last year. Is that true? Hope some of y'all get calls tomorrow morning?

I believe most students got calls on Mondays and emails went out on Tuesday last year but not 100% sure

Congrats to each of you that have been accepted! I am a current student and I can attest that you have been selected by a phenomenal program with professors that truly want you to succeed. Feel free to holler if you have any questions. Those of you that are still waiting to hear something, don't stop the grind. Although it is so easy to give up, you have what it takes! It is a matter of how bad you truly want it. Keep your head up, remain grounded and try again until you reach that ultimate goal! It'll be SO worth it. Remember, all you need is ONE YES and that'll be the first day of the rest of your life. That YES is closer than you think, the ball is in your court! God bless!
So are they done calling for today?
Thank you for those kind words. I cant lie like Im not sitting here crying. Ive done everything imaginable to increase my chances of acceptence, including having crazy faith. Ive never wanted something so bad in my entire life. Not giving up hope, but I feel so defeated!!!
