I haven't found a thread for those applying to University of North Georgia BSN this fall! Who applied??

I emailed one of the professors today and she said they were hoping to finish going through all the applications soon, which means that they didn't finish them yesterday. So I'm thinking they will be sent out sometime next week or possibly by Friday.

Hopefully the professors are right and they'll be sent out next week.. Definitely hope we don't have to wait until April!

I hope so!! Seems crazy to have us waiting until April when they could finish within a week..

I was told the same today. Basically that they have compiled all of the applicants that met the minimum criteria into a spreadsheet with your score from a formula that takes your GPA and TEAS score in to account. The faculty member also told me they will send letters out within the next two weeks.

Has anyone heard that all nursing classes will be moved to Cumming campus? Heard this today but not sure it's true. I originally heard nursing would be on the Dahlonega campus.

I know that is 100% true for the ASN students that are in the program currently

I spoke to two faculty members in the nursing department today. ****** ****** and the main secretary of the nursing department, and they've both confirmed that the letters will not be mailed out until April…

Pretty unfortunate but at least we won't waste our time standing by our mailboxes for a good month or so!

I feel like the faculty tell people different stories because I was told something completely different from two other faculty members. I wonder if they tell us April so we wont worry about it or if it is really true? I know that they did compile a list of everyone's score using the "formula", so I really do not know what they are waiting for...
