UNF student seeks advice for Transition Clinical...and beyond...

Hello all. I am in my final semester at UNF about to begin my transition clinical. For those unfamiliar with the term, transition clinical is an adult med-surg clinical in which we are responsible for the total care of an increasing number of patients with the goal of getting us ready to make the transition from student nurses to professional baby nurses.

I would love any advice from experienced nurses regarding prioritization and how to organize my workday. Any words of wisdom regarding assessments would also be welcome. Or if you happen to be a UNF grad, can you tell me what to expect in this clinical?
