I'm going to be wearing white scrubs at my new job too.
Your best choice would be solid colored undergarments that match your skin tone. I'm looking at some at Victoria's Secret that are seamless and have really smooth edges that should be almost imperceptible through the fabric of my scrubs.

This is a good suggestion.
You could also wear an undershirt under your scrub top (over your bra). You can get the tank-style "athletic" ribbed tees for women; this gives you a little extra coverage, especially if you are wearing a v-neck and worry about what happens when you bend over. A camisole would work too, but the athletic tee is usually made from cotton and so it has more give and also "breathes" better.
I really don't suggest a thong under white scrubs. If you do and bend over in front of someone, they probably will notice!
We are checked too. One day a girl in our class wore pink flowered panties--not even thinking about her uniform being white. She hid from the instructor all morning and finally got caught. She didn't have to go home though. I think just white ones will work. That's what I wear and you can't see it as bad as you would think. Also, if you decide to wear a shirt under your uniform, make sure that is a PLAIN WHITE T-SHIRT. Lol. We have gotten in trouble for having writing all over the back of our shirts. It just looks bad showing through the white uniform.
Geez, I cannot imagine anybody telling me what underwear I should wear
Oh yeah, we were checked. Just last year, too, not a long time ago.
White will show, but if they are modest, that's OK. If you don't want them to show, wear nude color.
The most important thing is that the scrubs FIT - a little large is better than a little small.

Wow, that's just ridiculous. Why they don't provide some quality scrubs instead of checking people's underwear.

I start clinicals for a cna class Saturday and I just realized that white scrubs are very...see through.
I'm very new to all of this so I don't know what I can wear underneath the pants and top...I've heard youre not supposed to wear long sleeved shirts because they catch germs and whatnot.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
