Uncc/cmc crna interview

Does anyone have any insight on the interview @ UNCC/CMC's program? I have not found much information out there. I am looking to apply for Fall 2012- Been an RN for three years, working in CCU recovering hearts- lots of hemodynamic experience. Just got my CCRN, CSC, & CMC this year. GRE- 500 verbal, 670 quant. GPA 3.65 overall, I really want to get in- Would appreciate anyone's input on the interview!!!!

last interview session was this past weekend, the program interviewed ~36 applicants for ~6 slots; the entire class size starting in August will be 24

I graduated from NC State and then went on and got my Accelerated BSN. Just accepted an ICU job at Presby, looking to work a few years and apply into the UNCC/CMC program. Sounds like a pretty good CRNA school and that you like it. Congrats on almost being done WolfpackRed, I'm sure the last 3 semesters will fly by quickly.

I am starting the CRNA program coming this August 12! I want to rent a house, but I am not sure where to start looking. Do you know what area is best? I have heard that CMC offers student housing? Is student housing the way to go?

I know a few people have already asked about the inerview for UNCC/CMC...but most have been answered via private messages. Is there any way you can describe your interview experience (the type of questions asked and format)? Thanks so much!

There are 7 interviewers and the interview is approx 30 minutes. Was a mix of clinical and personal questions. Know your area of expertise.

Yes I did for April and1ccrn, not sure when they are going to send out the invites, I got an email a few weeks ago saying they forwarded my application to the directors. Any other news?

I recently emailed the contact at CMC and she said that we would be receiving information possibly this week if we are granted and interview!! Getting really anxious now!
