UNC Chapel Hill 2015 MSN adult/gerontology nurse practitioner program

Did anyone out there apply to this program? Just wanted to start correspondence to get through the wait.

I guess im late to the message board game. I applied for the FNP specialty at UNC and received my acceptance email on March the 4th. I'm currently retaking stats as mine was too old and one of my classmates has said notifications are starting to come, mainly denials from what he said. He works with many people that have applied for UNC 2015. Good luck everyone!

Congrats on acceptance. Now the serious questions. 1.) Did you receive a letter in the mail also? and 2.) Was it a big envelope, or small envelope?

@mursennc The program director of admissions at UNC said yesterday that nobody in any concentration had been notified at this point, so I am confused for sure. I hope for great news soon! Congrats!

@Tarheel_nurse - they must have been referring to dnp? That's the only thing I can think of. When you spoke with the program director did they give any insight as to when? Still "by May"?
