Did anyone out there apply to this program? Just wanted to start correspondence to get through the wait.
I am planning on applying to the nursing program this year and had some questions about the application. How many essays are required and what are the prompts like? Also when it comes to my volunteering is that something you have to talk about or explain or do I just give them something with my hours and the people I volunteer for sign off on it?
Hello everyone! Congrats on those who got into the program this fall! Hope your first semester went well! I am currently applying for UNCs RN-MSN for 2016, FNP focus. I was wonder if those who got in wouldnt mind sharing your background, gpa, experience, etc... Im dying having to wait until May and want to know my odds. Ha thanks guys :)
Do you still enjoy South?
I received my letter and I was waitlisted. However, I did start South University on April 13 just in case I didn't get in to UNC Chapel Hill. I currently still have an "A" and its actually not that bad. It's one class every 5 1/5 weeks for 2 years. One of my BSN instructors recommended this program to me and I also know several people who are further along then me in the program. If I do get into Chapel Hill I'm faced with the dilemma of do I want to go there because of its name, but then regret the workload being that South University program is great and designed for students with full-time jobs and families.
