UNC ABSN Summer 2010

Has anyone heard from UNC Chapel Hill about the Summer 2010 start for the ABSN program?

got my acceptance letter today in the mail. I live in MD. Good luck everyone!

I have no idea where to live. I came down this weekend to look at places and I'd love to be close to Franklin street. Kind of a time/money crunch though so I'm looking at Sagebrook Apartments right off of Fordham blvd off 40. Do you know where you're going to live?

Well, my situation is such that I have to consider my young son who is 6, almost 7. We are going to go to the Booker Creek Townhomes. They are inexpensive, quiet and back up to a trail (Booker Creek Trail) which leads to a shopping center and then Franklin Street. The bus stop (two buses) go right to the townhomes/campus or I can ride my bike on the trail/sidewalk.

I received my acceptance on Friday--I live in Washington, DC. But the admissions office previously told me they were sending out decisions both last week and this week so I'm sure they'll come soon!

Hey unless you are looking to live by yourself, I may have another option for you. Let me know if you would at all be interested in roommates, as I know of a great house within walking distance to Franklin and right on a busline. Also really reasonable rent.

For those who were admitted, did they give you a deadline that you had to accept/decline the offer?

Also, do you think it be best to contact undergrad admissions or the school of nursing?

i was waitlisted as well. It says that they may notify us up until the first day of classes. That is just crazy! I live in Florida!
