U.S.A. Maryland

Published

Hi everyone! I created the BSN Fall 2013 topic, but I couldn't apply at that time due to family issues. So now I'm applying for Spring 2014! Anyone else applying? :]

My application is officially "Complete- Ready for Review"

Good luck you guys, can't wait until November when we start finding out if we are accepted :)

November feels soooooo far away!!!!!!!!!

I'm also hoping for provisional admit!

November will be here before we know it! Especially for those of us taking classes this semester! It almost seems surreal to be at this point after the last three years of hard work I put in to get here.

Hello everyone!

I was waitlisted last quarter, so I am applying again for Spring 2014. Hoping for the best.

Best wishes to everyone!

Hi everyone,

I am also applying for the spring '14 semester. just today my application status changed to ready for review.

wish everyone the best of luck as we await final admission decisions!!

I'm glad two more people showed up to this party! Good luck to you guys, november can't come fast enough!

Hey, saw this when I was looking for admissions tid bits, but I am an applicant for Spring '14 as well. Finished summer chem on 7/31 and spent August doing the packet. Talk about exciting/busy month! Best of luck everyone.

Hi Everyone!

I sent in my app yesterday (after taking a summer class, i've been doing nothing but editing editing and more editing for my resume and supporting essays). I submitted the app online and about two hours later it was received but as i'm submitting my supporting materials I need to know how long it takes after submitting them do they get received. Most of the materials I'm submitting electronically like my personal statement essay, transcripts, and resume. Does anyone know how long it takes???

Also, I wanted to know if anyone submitted the pre-req course list electronically or does it have to be submitted my mail.

Thanks!

Hi, everyone! I am on the same page as resmee! Just sent in my online application after taking so much time perfecting my essays., but I am just wondering what exactly it takes to get to a Received-Ready for Reviewed? Just a bit confused about what documents you need and how they tell you that they need it, or is it all on your own. I have a general idea of what they need but just want to make sure I am not missing anything. Thanks!

Hi!! When you go on to the nursing website there is a link that says Check Admission Status. You login, and you will see the term you applied for. Click it and it will show you what you have turned in and what you still need. :]

hey. i called earlier this morning and asked if i could submit the prereq course list (and in-state status classification app) online. i was told "yes" by the guy. so, i emailed the stuff (c.v., in-state, prereq) all in one email. at this point, the c.v. is showing as having been received. i'll let you know if it changes for the other docs.

btw... hey, everyone!

i'm a 27 yo male. so, i'm guess that means i'm non-trad... haha

i'm currently taking my last required prereq (microbio with lab) this fall semester.

i think my recommendation writers already sent their letters in a while back.

i submitted my online app yesterday. (hopefully, the admissions committee kept the LORs, even though i didn't exist as an applicant until yesterday). i also requested transcripts from my colleges be sent.

this morning, i emailed in my c.v., in-state status app and prereq course list. so far, my app summary is showing that they've received the app fee, one of the college transcripts and the c.v..

i just got back from taking the teas and paid to have ati send a transcript.

i guess i'm sort of cutting it close to the deadline.

anyway, i just wanted to wish everyone good luck and say "hi!" before the next new months of waiting.

Hi, cmg9311! I have done exactly what you tell me and all it says on that page is that I turned the application in. Do you think it takes time to show all the stuff they have for the applicant? Did your show up quickly?
