Hi everyone! I created the BSN Fall 2013 topic, but I couldn't apply at that time due to family issues. So now I'm applying for Spring 2014! Anyone else applying? :]

Well, I took The TEAS. I am pretty happy with my overall score, however, I did terribly on the math section (mainly because I ran out of time and went into a full-on panic). Hopefully I didn't hurt my chances of getting into the program too much! Did anyone else take the TEAS recently?

Hey! I didn't notice that at all! Ugh, does that mean it will take longer to find out about our admissions decision?

I'm an instate resident! I didn't see the instate form. Where do I get that?

Thanks! I'm studying now for TEAS, but concurrently enrolled in a 6 week A&PII course at AACC. The balance just isn't there, so hopefully I'll be able to get a sufficient amount of studying done for TEAS while maintaining my current A in this course.

I will be taking the rest of my pre reqs in fall, so I'm hoping for a Provisional-Admit. I will have taken 45 credits in 2013 to be eligible to apply to this coming spring section.

I was thrilled to have just gotten the e-mails from both my Com professor and my A&P I professor. Both doctors in their respected field. I really got lucky because they're both teaching summer session and weren't too terribly difficult to hunt down!

I will tell you this, it is okay to find your professors personal e-mail addresses and contact them that way. That is what I did and got responses in less that 24 hours. I wish you that same luck!

Crazy to think we are all "competing" against each other to get in as that's how UMSON does their admissions, however, over the next few months I hope we all go on this journey together!!

What are your guys stats?

I'm a 24 y/o non-trad marylander.

I am also hoping for a provisional admit! I will be taking A+P II and Human Growth and Development. My GPA is 2.95 (just slightly below the 3.0 GPA requirement) so I'm afraid my chances are slim :/ I'm 20 years old traditional Marylander :]

I took the Teas in July. I got a 75% :/ I got a 70% in math and science. How did you do?

cmg9311- I got an 84% which is great, except that, I got a 63 in the math section : (.

I'm a little disappointed that no one here is applying. I feel like every other application cycle the boards have been crazy!

I was just thinking the same thing!!! Well my application and all documents have now been received! Who else has completed and sent everything?

Hi! I'm new to this site. I'm applying for BSN Spring 2014 at Maryland Baltimore. My application is Ready for Review status...I just have to mail in Instate Status form and finish A&P II this Fall. Hoping for provisional admit!
