UMSON BSN Fall 2022

Hi all,

Did anyone else apply to the UMSON BSN program for fall 2022? I'm (impatiently) waiting to hear back, and wondered if anyone else was in the same boat.

I submitted my application on Feb 11th. My application never changed to committee review. It just went to the decision made yesterday.

Has anyone heard back from UMSON by chance? Or got accepted to the Baltimore campus?

Not me! Still on “completed”. I also applied to Baltimore.

Received my offer letter from UMSON- Baltimore campus about an hour ago! Can’t wait to see you guys in the fall! Also on provisional acceptance since I’m taking 2 of the required classes right now ?

Received provisional offer yesterday too for Baltimore campus! Is there a facebook group for the Baltimore campus cohort?

I wanted to share my stats/admission process for those still waiting and for future folks who may apply: Submitted app on Feb 26, 2022 (extended deadline). Committee review and offer given same day, April  20th.
Applied as second-degree candidate (TEAS waived - although I wrote HESI for another school) with several years experience in health care.
cGPA 3.5, science pre-req GPA 4.0, Psi Theta Kappa. Currently taking final three pre-reqs. Congrats to everyone accepted! For others still waiting or will apply in future, keep the faith and don't give up on your goals!

I saw in another thread someone suggested making a facebook group, so that's what I did for Shady Grove.  I just searched facebook and didn't see anything for Baltimore. 

I'd recommend having Spring, 2024, UMSON, and maybe BSN in there too. 

Also, maybe there'd be a benefit to being in both groups. So anyone from Baltimore is welcome to join the USG group too!
