I saw in another thread someone suggested making a facebook group, so that's what I did for Shady Grove. I just searched facebook and didn't see anything for Baltimore. I'd recommend having Spring, 2024, UMSON, and maybe BSN in there too. Also, maybe there'd be a benefit to being in both groups. Hi Everyone! I made a facebook group for the Shady Grove campus cohort. UMSON-USG Class of Spring 2024

For the priority deadline they said we would have decisions by early to mid-February. Mine didn't change from completed until February 11th. Got my decision on March 8th. I guess what I'm trying to say is don't get your hopes up. It was really hard when they did not stick to their dates ?

When I was waiting, I kept refreshing the admissions portal. Eventually a third tab was added, called decision history. On that page it said committee review (2/11) and then on 3/8 a provisional letter of acceptance was added. I had applied to Shady Grove, priority deadline. Good luck!! Yeah I saw that too! I was hoping it was just because the priority dates have come and gone. I can't imagine that they would just change the rules now and no longer have a priority group, but who knows.

Hi Everyone! I submitted my application before the priority deadline for Shady Grove. My portal has said committee review since Feb 11. Once "early to mid" February came and went, I emailed to ask for an update. I heard from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) by email on Feb 24th that everyone who submitted by the priority deadline would hear by March 7th, today. I have a friend who applied to Shady Grove for part-time and she was accepted on Feb 13th. Has anyone who applied to full-time gotten a decision yet? I am planning on emailing for another update tomorrow if my portal still says committee review. I'm sure you all agree that it has been really tough not receiving a decision by when they said we would. Hopefully, we hear soon. Good luck everyone!
