I'm currently completing my undergrad+prereqs to apply in the next year to UM's ABSN program for the Spring 2019 session (Apps due next august). I know it's a very premature thread but I thought there might be other applicants for the Spring 2019 session who are already freaking out about apps like me. If any students who were accepted for previous threads could share their experience, tips, or stats here that would be incredibly helpful.
I called and the lady said that they're in the processing of reviewing now and we should hear back by the end of September. I honestly think they're just giving answers that we want to hear, but I heard that when they give out rejections they take awhile to tell you..... I wish they would just tell me already if I'm denied or not so i can stop checking my email 3 times a day lol
They do? Where did you read that from? Cause I've looked and looked on past threads and I have only seen one denial ...I've also sort of calculated people on here have gotten a response anywhere from 30 to 45 days more or less.
well I also looked at the facebook absn spring page and there's like 65 people in it already and they take around 70 students per session. Not trying to be negative though hopefully we'll hear back soon!
Nothing yet. Called yesterday and they said they are still working on decisions. They said that incomplete means they haven't looked at it yet but should be looking at it soon. My stats were 3.7 overall and 3.5 science with about 1300 hours of shadow experience at Children's Hospital

So a few weeks ago canelink showed a "to do list" but still had "application incomplete" and now that "to do list" is gone and still says application incomplete...
