UM ABSN SPRING 2019

Published

Hi guys!

I'm currently completing my undergrad+prereqs to apply in the next year to UM's ABSN program for the Spring 2019 session (Apps due next august). I know it's a very premature thread but I thought there might be other applicants for the Spring 2019 session who are already freaking out about apps like me. If any students who were accepted for previous threads could share their experience, tips, or stats here that would be incredibly helpful.

We got this.

My application has been incomplete for almost a month now. I called today and they said they are still reviewing applications and will have decisions out "very soon."

That's all they said? "Very soon".... :-/

Yeah - they said they couldn't release admissions information over the phone and that I should hear back soon. At this point I'd just like to know. I submitted my app really early on too.

Hello everyone,

If you applied and are still waiting for an admission decision, I got accepted when my application still incomplete on canelink. I know the waiting process can be stressful as there is a lot of uncertainty and unknown.

How were you notified of your admission decision? Via email or letter?

I saw the notification from canelink, there was an unread message. I also received an email from UM and a letter few days after that.

I am still waiting to hear back too :( Mine says incomplete and i applied july 27th

I did too...let's not loose hope!

I just called the school and the lady who answered the phone said that if it says incomplete they haven't even looked at your application yet...and she said that they are still reviewing untill the end of September. I'm so confused because I applied in July! How have they not seen mine yet...

@mblack1429 try calling the school to see what they tell you..

They told me exactly the same, but for me she said they were reviewing applications until the end of October.

Should we ask to speak so someone else?..
