UM ABSN SPRING 2019

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi guys!

I'm currently completing my undergrad+prereqs to apply in the next year to UM's ABSN program for the Spring 2019 session (Apps due next august). I know it's a very premature thread but I thought there might be other applicants for the Spring 2019 session who are already freaking out about apps like me. If any students who were accepted for previous threads could share their experience, tips, or stats here that would be incredibly helpful.

We got this.

Hey trudydiaz! I do not know one way or the other yet.

Application submitted: June 19

CaneLink Status: Incomplete

So either my application is in the next batch to be reviewed or I will hear in October with other rejections. Did everyone who got accepted submit their application before June 19? I'm assuming so.

you'll also get in i know it!!

I submitted 6/27, was verified 7/3, but haven't seen anything for "admissions" show on my Canelink yet.

does your application say "incomplete"?

It does, I couldn't find the admissions section, finally found it! Now I feel better that I at least have a section. I hope I'll be in the next round!

Hi everyone,

I was accepted for Spring 2019 in the ABSN program and wanted to know if any incoming students or any students currently in the program are looking for housing and wanted to ask for recommendations of places very close to campus where classes are held and not too far from the hospitals?

Hey how are you, congratulations on being accepted! Have you started looking for housing, I will be new to the Miami area and trying to secure a place ASAP.
