uk nurses who have come to the usa

never heard of the patient pathway either, probably have fiddled figures to say that its being followed as usual.

when we speak to other americans over here they have no idea that any uk nurses are waiting to come over because of an immigration problem, even the management in the hospitals who are waiting for staff dont know, and when we try to explain they still dont understand.

we just feel sorry for everybody still over there, moneys short for us right now, but what the hell, we have just come out of the hot tub, and its 15 minutes after midnight.
