Is there a possibility that your visa will be approved even you haven't passed the OSCE yet? Are you allowed to work in the hospital who gave you a new COS as pre-rn while waiting for your osce? anyone? thanks

I know, it sucks! Yes, I think leaving the country wont be good for me now as i wont be able to come back for another 12 months. So, I have my Decision letter, a new COS, am I able to apply for another Tier 2 Visa then?

no I haven't tried applying for it yet, because a friend of mine got denied. I'm thinking of taking the exam though sooner I have a 6 months cooling period.

Hi everyone,I also failed my OSCE attempts, Now my sponsorship has now ended, i know that i'll be curtailed by the Home Office. But is there a possibility to stay here in the UK? I already reactivated my NMC, but wont be able to take the exam till July. I applied for another Hospital, and gave me a new Certificate of Sponsorship. I however still need a tier 2 visa. I'm afraid to apply for one because a friend of mine got declined. I'f I leave UK, there's the 12-month cooling period. . .Can you guys please advise e on this?

Hi, do not go home. There are a lot of nurses who stayed behind and wait for their new NMC decision letter. Also do not submit your application for new Tier 2 sponsor as that will be rejected. I have heard a lot of cases that they got denied because they have not pass their OSCE yet and apply for new sponsorship.

Hi all,

Please am wondering if anyone can help me on the tips to prepare for CBT and OSCE, as i have left nursing practice for 8 years now and have finally passed my IELTS and looking forward to going through the process of becoming a RN in UK but have doubts, if i will be able to excel through those two exams after leaving the practice for so long. please can someone advise me if it is worth trying. Also if someone is interested in group reading please can you contact me. I live in East London area.

You need to purchase the royal Marsden textbook latest student edition and read through each chapter, answer the questions at the end of each chapter and go online with the link there to answer the rest of the online questions.

Look online on Facebook for osce and CBT groups to join where they brainstorm on questions.

Hi,

Can anyone help me. I sit my second osce attempt. NMC emailed me that my application has been expired and my portal has been closed and asking me to re-apply. I did not received any email from NMC about the result of my second attempt. Is there any chance that it is only a system glitch and they haven't released any official result yet?
