  1. Hi All, I failed to clear my NMC OSCE exam in the second attempt, Northampton failed me for minor mistakes. My hospital has withdrawn the sponsorship, due to home office regulations. Is there anyone who can help me how to proceed ahead? and how I can get a new sponsorship? Is there anyone facing/faced similar situation. Any help/info would be highly appreciated. Thanks
  2. Hi Julie, I got my DL today :-). Thanks Benet
  3. Hi Julie, I was able to send the blank forms and my application was sent to reviewer on Dec 22nd. I am keeping my fingers crossed for my DL. Even if I share my forms with you it will not help you, as it has QR code which has my user id information. You need to get the forms from NMC which has your QR code, otherwise even if you sent the application it wont be completed. You can mail me at [email protected], but my say would be to call NMC office and get the forms over mail. They will be reluctant but you have to convince them. Thanks Thanks
  4. Hi Julie, In my case since my Nursing Boards had already filled and sent the forms to UK. NMC Website was showing the forms as reSubmission of documents as it has same Barcode/QR Code. So I contacted the NMC UK over phone, and they said they are able to download the NMC forms at their side, but I was facing same "Sever Issue" over different browsers. On my request they sent the downloaded form over email. But since, my forms were already filled and scanned by NMC, they told me to send the blank forms so that QR Code can be scanned and they can close my application and send it for review. I just send the form yesterday, so still waiting for the blank forms to be scanned. But my personal suggestion will be to contact NMC over phone and tell them to send the form over email since you are unable to download the form. I am currently located in Bangalore India. Best of luck with your application. I will update you once I get more information. Regards Benet
  5. I recently cleared my CBT and I have submitted my full application for assessment with NMC. Now, in my case, I have multiple qualifications(my Bachelor in Nursing and Masters in Nursing) and multiple Post qualification registration(as we have State-wise registration in India). Now, in add more qualification section, I am able to add my additional qualification but I am unable to download the "Form to accompany transcript". It is giving an Sever error. But I am able to download the "Form to accompany transcript" from my first qualification. So I took 2 print out of same form and send it to my colleges and they filled it along with my transcript they sent it to NMC. The same case it with my Post Qualification Registration also, since, I have multiple entries in this section, but I am able to download "Registration Authority Verification" form only from the first entry. I am able to fill the online information but when I try to download "Registration Authority Verification" I get an "Server Error". So for this also, I took multiple printouts of the first "Registration Authority Verification" form and sent to my nursing councils and they filled it and sent it to NMC. Now, just wanted to check if anybody else found a similar "Server Issue" with multiple qualification or multiple post qualification registrations. In ahead thanks for the info. -Benet
