UIC Entry MS for non-RNs

Hi! I didn't see a thread so I thought I'd start one. 

I just got an invitation for an interview today--eek! Anyone else?

Any tips/knowledge of what types of questions get asked in these interviews?

@ssstphnnn Hey, it's me again! Sorry to keep bothering you but did you receive an email, from UIC about a Seminar for Nursing? I think it was sent to me by mistake but wanted to see if maybe you got the same thing...

@danaa hi! 

yes, I also received the email. I emailed back and she told me it was a mistake ? that her email program must have sent the email to the wrong list. 
 

No bother at all! Please keep me updated if you hear anything!  On reddit I spoke to at least one person that got called from the waitlist about 2 weeks ago.

Hello everyone! So I got an email yesterday asking if I was still interested in the program! I immediately accepted LOL and they said I will hear back from the program director in the upcoming days. I think this means I am in...I hope LOL I would like to connect with others! Has a facebook group been created?

Congrats on your acceptance! I saw there was someone considering dropping from our last orientation, so perhaps this was the spot you would be taking! No facebook group yet

 

If you need any help with the nursing requirements (shots, labs, etc) let me know. I was able to complete those very quickly but it can be confusing to someone that hasn't done it before

Hello everyone! I am very late to this, but I also got accepted on June 26th. I haven't updated here because I was a little overwhelmed by all the things I needed to get done in time, for August 2nd!
