UHV Second Degree BSN Spring 2014 Applicants

Hi all, anybody out there applying for this program? I haven't seen an updated thread on it yet. I just finished applying to UHV- just waiting on NursingCAS to receive my final transcript for my application to be considered "complete" I'm also applying to UTHSCH UTHSCSA accelerated programs, and TWU-Houston traditional BSN program. I have my B.S. in Human Biology from UT Austin in Spring 2010. My undergrad GPA was definitely less than stellar, but all my pre-req coursework is not too bad. What is y'alls impression of this program?

Should we be worried? :'(

Ugh, I don't know...I kind of am....I just don't know if they send all the emails out at once or if they send them throughout the day. I think I'm going to e-mail the advisor when I get back to my computer....

Hey guys, I've been sort of stalking this forum for a while now and I am excited to say that I also got invited for the interview. Maybe the are sending out the emails alphabetically. I hope everyone on this forum gets invited

I am another thread stalker. I got my email for an interview today as well! I was getting worried since last year they found out on October 30th....of course since the interview isnt until December, we will then have to wait even longer to find out if we made it!

Hi all! I am in the current UHV second degree BSN program and if any of you will be moving to Houston and will need an apartment, my boyfriend is an apartment locator and can EASILY find you an apartment. Hey adrianneee, could you tell us what kind of questions they'll ask in regards to the presentation portion and the essay portion. Also, how do you suggest we dress. Thanks for your help
