Heyyy everyone! Had my interview this morning. I think it went pretty good. They ask basic questions like how stress impacts you and the adjustments you are going to be making for the program. Also they will ask you if you want to do 3 years or 4! Super laid back and lasted about 30 mins. I didn't really prepare. Just be yourself :)

Yes i have had my interview, it almost felt as if I was at a job interview. if you have done well with interviews in the past, this will be a breeze! I just hope I'm one of the 8 chosen!!!!!

yeah I had mine a while back! It was kinda like a job interview. I dressed up and my girl was like oh you look fancy and it was kinda awkward haha!!

Hey Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has taken or knows someone who has taken the nursing pharmacology class through TRU Open Learning? (HLTH 2121, it is the equivalent to UFV's HSC 116) I am considering taking it but I just wanted to get a feel from someone who has taken it about the course load and whether it is difficult to complete on your own?

hi guys,

I am currently in the nursing program and I am taking the HLTH 2121 online and it is much different from what you would do in class. The class is 3 essays and a final exam. Overall the class isn't too hard, but it is not your typical class. I wouldn't say it is impossible, you just have to be very self directed. I hope this helps, and good luck on getting into the program :)

Thanks sarahgb! I really appreciate your feedback about hlth 2121! I've taken other TRU-OL classes so I agree self direction is key! I will probably enroll in it after we find out in May about acceptance.

I had my interview yesturday, it went well over 30 mins :laugh: I did ask when was the last day for interviews and she said this Friday and they'll start making their decision starting next week :cool: good luck everyone
