Ufv 2021 fall nursing

Published

Hey everyone,

This is a thread for everybody applying for the UFV Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program for the Fall (September) 2021 intake.

We can talk about our grades and GPA's, volunteer or work experience's, other schools we're applying to and so forth.

I submitted my application beginning of October when the applications opened up and applied with 3 A’s and 1 B in Pre calc 11. I also have about 800 hours at a hospital and 80 hours at a care home.

Good Luck everybody!

Hey,

No I have not heard anything, did your application status update as well?

I haven't heard anything either. I applied with an A- in chem (I can't remember the percentage), 94% in bio, 96% in english, and 100% in foundations of math.

I also haven't heard anything... for those of you that have, is the info session next week or the week after? I'm just hoping they do it after finals week

I got an email! My info session is April 15 4-6pm

I applied with a Bachelors so I'm not sure if they will be counting my university courses or high-school, but for my high-school grades I had:

86% Bio

94% Chem

85% English

87% Pre-calc

As well as over 1000 hours of working as a clerk in a hospital.

I got an email as well for the info session on the 15th

I applied with 3 A’s and one B. With over 1000 hours as lab assistant at lifelabs, over 500 hours volunteer coaching skating to individuals with disabilities and around 80 hours volunteering in a senior home.
I had applied for the January 2021 intake and made it all the way to the interview however did not receive a spot after the interview.

My application hasn’t updated but they sent me a email saying info session is on April 15 4-6pm. I applied with A in everything bio 12, chem 11 and english 12 except math I believe I got a 84% in math so that’s a high B

Does anyone know if they go by last name alphabetical order for the info session and if there is more than one?

for anyone who didn't get an email today don't worry too much. they usually send emails out over a 2 or 3 day period that correspond with info sessions a week later. I think they do 2 or 3 different info sessions
