UF accelerated BSN 2021

Hey everybody! Anyone applying for the above mentioned program? I haven't had luck finding any threads, in regard to this, for that specific year. I would like to find people who are so we can keep in touch through this process.

I just emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES OF THOSE IN YOUR PROGRAM PER TOS) asking when assessments will be sent out and she replied,

“Applicants will not be given the assessment this year as in previous years.”

Did she say anything else or did It sound like we won't hear anything until February?

I wonder why. That is so stressful haha.

Also do you think we will get rejection letters if we don't get in still? Or we find out nothing until February?

hi guys! im so glad I found this forum thing! I heard about the assessments in the past and I was worried because I didn't get one yet! thank goodness I saw this! I have a huge sense of relief now!

I'm taking the TEAS tomorrow (for other schools) and I'm super nervous. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

I'm taking mine on Monday!! If you haven't already, consider buying the practice tests. I hear they are really good at judging where you're at and what you need to work on! Good luck!!

hey everyone,

I'm currently an ABSN student in the Gainesville cohort (only finished 2 semesters). I remember reading last years thread and how it has helped me knowing that others are going through the same thing.

Overall, how do you feel things are going for you? Is it like what you expected? Is it as difficult as you expected it to be? Any pointers for us?
