Hi all!

It's pretty early on but I'd love to meet and chat with the potential applicants for this program. I also think it'd be great to have this forum in case we stumble upon application questions and such. Maybe some successful applicants in the past may pop in to say hello as well!

What are your feelings about this program or even UF in general? Are you applying to other programs? Where are you from?

He said that since the assessment was already completed, I should go to the first link to make the payment. You could also probably send him an email letting him know you took the assessment on this day/time and paid on this day/time, as you did not realize payment was not part of the assessment itself but a separate page. Or something like that. That way, he knows to look out for it. I'm not sure how they match up payment/assessment results.

I actually made this mistake too. I sent him an email to let him know so I would definitely do so as well in case there are any issues.

Did you guys receive a confirmation for the assessment?

It's essentially a personality test. Instead of the typical strongly agree to strongly disagree format though, you actually have to rank things in order from most like yourself to least like yourself, from most agree with to least agree with, etc. It's a little hard to do with some of them if you think things are equally important/terrible/whatever, and there is a few areas where you have to rank like 15 or so different items.

I just completed the assessment and felt the same way. I wish there had been an option to rank things equally. I felt for the personality ones I ended up putting things that were "least like myself" that actually still applied to me but I had just felt the others were more like myself.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that didn't get that he was saying there was a separate page other than the assessment to pay.

And I didn't get a confirmation email on the actual assessment, just a message at the end telling me it was submitted I believe.

Yeah same here! I tried to print the page but it kept being redirected. But I got the confirmation for the payment and it showed up in my statement. I believe the name on the payment and the assesment should match up.

I'm not sure but they are due January 15th so I'm not sure how likely it is with the due date. :(

Same here! and good to know. I felt as though there should have been a confirmation email for the assessment as well. The payment went through at least.

It could mean that there was something missing from your application, as Kenneth said they were sending the assessments to qualifying candidates or something like that. (They haven't accepted anyone yet.) OR it could mean they accidentally skipped over your email. It looks like it wasn't an automated process to send out the emails, so it is possible that someone was accidentally skipped over. I'd talk to Kenneth to double check, honestly.

I got a reply from him on the 21st. Double check the email address maybe?
