Hello guys, I'm a prospective applicant to the above program and wanted to create a place for us to come together and discuss any concerns we might have. I am applying to the Gainesville campus and have a 3.6 undergraduate GPA along with a 94.8% overall HESI score. I earned a B.S. in Psychology from UF and wanted to pursue a career in research in this field. It did not take long for me to realize that medicine and helping others was my true passion. I got accepted! Third times a charm! I'm going to create a facebook group, like past participants have done. I'll post a link here. 
 

Congrats to everyone, and those who did not get accepted: please do not give up! It took me three tries. You can do it!

Do you even get denials emails? I read in a past cohort thread on here that some people did not get a response.....positive or negative..

Accepted applicants get emails. If you did not get accepted you will not get an email until May, so you need to check your post-baccalaureate page.

This facebook link is for the Gainesville campus. The Jacksonville campus should create their own.

Woohoo! I got into Gainesville!! Congrats to everyone who got in—and if you didn't get in...keep trying! It's never too late!

I really don't know what to think. I have not received anything yet. I have checked my status page on UF and my application still says "submitted". SO I am assuming I did not get in...and I realize I won't get an email saying so until later on....but shouldn't my application status say something??

So click on the application...it will have a status update.
