Hi all! Thought I would start this thread for the upcoming new grad cohort at UCSF for Spring 2022.
From what I've seen on the website, the application period opens on Saturday, January 8 and goes until Saturday, January 15. No lists of which departments are hiring this go around. Must have your license by March 4th. The program starts on April 4th.
I applied last go around, but I didn't have a test date yet. Hoping I can get in this time!
To anyone who had their peds ED interview do you mind sharing what topic the interview question touched on? It would be greatly appreciated.
Like someone said before, work on your “tell me about yourself” in under a minute, and they asked 1 behavioral question that needed to be under a minute too.

what behavioral topic did the question touch on? Teamwork, compassion, upset patient, adaptability, stress management? sorry for grilling you I'm just trying to get an idea if we get cut off at one minute. the odds are really low anyway. thank you.
You’ll have plenty of time to answer the question within one minute ☺️ No one from my group went over. In an effort to make it fair for those that already interviewed and had no idea what we’d be asked, I think the topic should remain confidential
