UCSF New Grad Program 2023 Questions

Hello all, 

I am at the last semester of the ABSN program at Samuel Merritt. I'm expecting to graduate in early Jan and plan to take the NCLEX early Feb and no later than late Feb. I would like to know the timeline for applying to UCSF's nursing new grad Spring program 2023. Any past experiences with UCSF to share will be greatly appreciated.

I got this email as well.. except it was 3 minutes before my ACTUAL interview so it freaked me out.  I was never informed of a MS-ICU interview so not sure why I got that email to begin with?

I got the email around 3pm! She also called me but I missed the call.

Wonder what would be the latest that they would send emails out for ICN?

Yeahh it's confusing.. I think it might've just been sent out to everyone who was being considered for Adult Critical Care? Just a guess.

I just got a reference email! It says to provide 3 references, I've heard people providing 5 though?

you just need three! I did 5 just to be safe in case someone didn't respond on time.

ahhh got it! Thanks! Did you put your preceptor down as a manager? And when they say I have 24 hours to complete, does mean my references have to fill everything out within 24 hours too? ?

Yes my preceptor was one of my managers. I don't think they have 24 hours.... no idea
